Villa Montefalcone is a beautiful modern villa with swimming pool with hydromassage angle, large kitchen with island, and a large panoramic terrace, indoor counter-current pool and sauna.

Property description

On the ground floor there is the kitchen with island and the living room with a sofa, a double bedroom with bathroom, the laundry room, a bathroom, the indoor swimming pool and the sauna.
On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms (one with French beds and one with single beds, which can be arranged as a double bedroom upon request), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double shower head. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.
Outside there is a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage angle and solarium with sunbeds. This villa is also equipped with an electric charging point.

In the surroundings

Two km away is Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital where you will find excellent restaurants, with a 20-minute drive you can reach the sea of Fano with beaches, umbrellas, games for children and a bar-restaurant.

We had a very relaxing month in this mountain top house with all amenities. Alessandro, the host, is super friendly and accommodating - very quick to respond to any needs. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Groceries were close by in the friendly village at the bottom of the hill, as well as a few good restaurants (highly recommend Braceria Plinc and Pizzeria il Gufetto) Minor issues would be: WiFi cuts out constantly (they are expecting fiber next year, before that time, you should be aware if you have kids that require games to entertain them or you need to connect for remote work because it will be frustrating - but this is an ideal place to unplug, so you could chose to embrace this issue. The narrow road for the final 5 minutes up to the house takes some getting used to, but its what you get for those views and the peace & privacy. We would happily return.

Nice and modern villa

Nice and modern villa, ideal for two families with kids. Secluded location with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. The owner was service minded and catered to our need.
The villa offered EV-charging, which was highly appreciated considering the distance, to a real fast charger.

Wonderful place

Villa Montefalcone is a wonderful property with an amazing view. It is very new, modern and clean inside and has a lot of wonderful places outside to enjoy the view, even if it is raining. The owner Alessandro was very nice and welcomed us in an open and friendly way. It was also very comfortable for us to have a 11kW Type2 chraging station on the property for our car.
