RENTAL CONDITIONS

It is possible to rent a villa with swimming pool, a holiday home, an apartment or a service directly on our website www.marcheholiday.it, where you can view the availability of our holiday homes in real time.

To book directly, you simply have to select the chosen structure, enter the check-in and check-out dates, the number of participants and click on the BOOK button. Your reservation will be:

*AT NO ADDITIONAL COST FOR BOOKING MANAGEMENT
* WITHOUT COMMISSIONS FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

TERMS OF PAYMENT

When booking, you can choose between the following two terms of payment:

– you can immediately pay the full amount of your stay: in this way you can complete the reservation steps all at once and download the travel documents for your holiday;;

– You can pay  an earnest money deposit  of 30% and pay the balance within 55 days of arrival.

In case of choice of the second option, you must pay the balance of the stay within 55 days of your arrival. For reservations made less than 55 days prior to arrival,For reservations made less than 55 days prior to arrival, the payment of the entire amount of your stay is required.
After paying the balance you will receive the travel documents and relevant invoice.

PAYMENT METHODS

In order to make it easier to book a holiday home, a tourist service and to meet its customers' needs, Marcheholiday provides for  a secure and easy  system that accepts numerous  payment methods.
When making a reservation, you simply have to choose the payment method you prefer among the following:

Credit card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express for international customers all over the world. 3D Secure support for Visa and Mastercard is provided

Bancontact
Bancontact is the most widespread payment method in Belgium

Giropay
Giropay allows customers in Germany to pay directly by online bank transfer from their bank account. Customers are redirected to the payment page of their bank for access and payment approval

iDEAL
iDEAL allows customers in the Netherlands to pay directly by online bank transfer from their bank account. Customers are redirected to the payment page of their bank for access and payment approval

SEPA direct debit
The SEPA debit allows customers in the SEPA area (Single Euro Payments Area) to pay by providing the details of their bank account. Customers must accept a debit authorization mandate on their bank account

SOFORT
SOFORT allows customers from Austria, Germany and Belgium to pay directly by online bank transfer from their bank account. Payment approval is made by the Customer by accessing the SOFORT payment page.
