Property description

This wonderful villa is divided into three floors and has big areas for enjoying moments with your travel companions. There are also two elevators in order to make upper floors easily accessible also to guests with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor, the big, tastefully-furnished living room with direct access to the garden and dining area will welcome you. Next to it, there is the equipped kitchen and two toilets. Up on the first floor, you will then find the night area with five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor, two more rooms, both with single sofa beds: one room for the youngest, where you will find a play area also with a PlayStation, and the other for those who would like some time alone for studying or finishing some job tasks thanks to the studio with monitor.
Outdoor, guests can enjoy moments of pure relaxation under the pergola equipped for eating outside. Not too far away, the wonderful infinity pool with sunbeds.

The beautiful villa is part of the Palazzo di Varignana complex, a luxury resort at a short distance, where guests can have access to numerous services: buffet breakfast (included in the price), lunches and dinners in the hotel restaurants on request, 3 hours free entry to the SPA (also equipped with Turkish bath - reservation required), unlimited access to the golf course (the bag is provided directly by the resort), access to the outdoor swimming pools and the other outdoor areas like the path through the vineyards and the ornamental garden part of the network "The Great Gardens of Italy". Bike for rental available on request.

The nearby FICO, the first park of the Italian food, is then the perfect place for all gourmet lovers! For a day trip, you can also the beautiful cities of Ravenna and Rimini along the Riviera Romagnola and have a swim in the sea.
