Casale del Podestà is a historical residence immersed in the countryside of Marche region, located in Fratta Rosa, a little town on top of a hill, in one of the most beautiful panoramic spot of the whole province of Pesaro and Urbino. The property is very spacious and luminous, particularly pleasant for its simplicity and elegance. Internally, it shows the typical touch of a colonic house, with a typical design from the early 1900s: wooden beam ceilings, Cotto pavements in the living area, and parquet in the sleeping areas, make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. The tranquillity of the location makes of Casale del Podestà an ideal place for those willing to live a relaxing and private vacation.
Property description
Casale del Podestà is built on two floors. On the ground floor from the main entrance, you can access the living room with a fireplace. Next to the living room, there is another room, provided with a football table, from which you can reach the dining room, connected to the kitchen. On the same floor, there is a triple bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom. The first floor is reachable through an internal staircase. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with both shower and tub and two more double bedrooms both serviced by a next-door bathroom with shower.
Casale del Podestà has a big not fenced garden, mostly on flat ground, with a view of the surrounding hills. The vegetation is characterized by olive trees, mulberry trees, and vineyards. A lovely gazebo right in front of the property, provided with wood oven and barbecue will let you enjoy al fresco dinners surrounded by the beautiful panorama. The garden is also provided with a sitting area from where is possible to see the pool which is surrounded by vineyards. Two swings and a football table are at the disposal of the little ones.
The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October and is located only a few meters from the villa’s porch. The rectangular-shaped pool is on a lower level concerning the property and it is reachable by making 12 steps. The access to water is through Roman stairs. The pool measures 12 x 6 m and it has a constant depth of 1,4 m. The internal part of the pool has a PVC covering and also a lighting system. The pool border is instead made of stones. The pool has a salt purification system. The solarium area is partly paved with stones, while another part consists of a grass portion. The Solarium area has sunbeds and sun umbrellas and it is also provided with an external hot shower.
In the surroundings
The property is located in the town of Fratte Rosa, famous for its hand-crafted terracotta production, its broad bean plantations, and the wine production. The town center has numerous commercial services. The Marotta and Fano beaches are easily reachable, together with some historical towns such as Fossombrone, San Lorenzo in Campo, Mondavio, Montalfoglio, Pergola, Torre San Marco, Orciano and other art cities like Urbino, Pesaro, and San Marino. Not to be missed are naturalistic itineraries such as Gola del Furlo in Acqualagna, also known for its prestigious white truffle, and the beautiful underground Frasassi caves. For nightlife lovers instead, the cities of Riccione, Rimini, and Cattolica are located about 90 km from the property.

Beautiful house
We have had a lovely and relaxing stay in this house. All was very accurate and it was very clean. The kitchen was especially well equipped.
One of the nicest things about the house was the biliard and the many things that you can find outdoor to relax, read, sleep and eat. Very, very confortable the gazebo in the garden and the landscape was fantastic.

the best villa possible
The owners were extremely friendly with us and left us some food and wine for our arrival. They also have their own vineyard where the villa is situated and they leave some wine which you can buy as you use it at about 5 euros. It is really tasty and good value!!
The hous is full equiped, nice garden furnitures, jammock, billiard room and bagatelle table.
It is a great location for arriving either in Fano and Senigallia.
We also exlored other areas of Le Marche including Macerata, The Furlo gorge and Urbino which is the most gorgeous town.

casa spaziosa e attrezzata bellissimo panorama
Siamo stati davvero molto bene, la casa è spaziosa, pulita e la cucina ben attrezzata. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un cestino pieno di cose da mangiare.
Comoda la posizione per visitare la zona.
Con il biliardo e il biliardino ci siamo divertiti anche con i bambini.
Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno.
