The whole property is surrounded by a magnificent garden and a large olive grove; there is even a small graceful lake within a walking distance. The swimming pool and the large sundeck area offer a wonderful view over the valley that extends to the sea.

In the surroundings
The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and is only 3 kilometres away from the pretty town of Mondolfo; in both towns, you can find all the main services such as shops, bars, etc. In about just 8 kilometres you can reach Marotta and the Adriatic Sea, where there are beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths and many activities, festivals, and events throughout the year. For wine lovers, in the surrounding hills, there are many excellent wineries where you can taste or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometres from CantinAia and are two popular tourist destinations for the sea lovers but also for culture and history thanks to their beautiful historic centres. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.

Perfect stay
What a fantastic house. We stayed here for a week with friends and family. The 2 apartments are beautifully located with a view over the Marche area. The hosts Elisa and Luca are super friendly and always available to help. The location is very clean and the large pool is very welcoming. The area offers great possibilities to visit te beaches and for wine tasting. A supermarket is a few minutes away. For dinner I can recommend Grotta di Tufo and Pizza Mille Voglie. Do not doubt to book this great location, you won't be disappointed.
A wonderful week
The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the house, the space and the pool. The house is very neat, clean and fully equipped. There are a number of restaurants on the coast, but La Grotta di Tufo is an absolute must, a 5-minute drive away. Here you can experience Italian life. There is a large supermarket nearby. Luca and Elisa, compliments for your hospitality and thanks for a great week!
