The Apartments
The villa can boast a parking area and a big porch equipped with table, chairs and a portable BBQ, the perfect place for eating outside together with your friends and lounging during warm afternoons. From here you can enter the light dining area with the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen and the living room with comfortable armchairs and smart TV. On the same floor, you will also find a toilet and a laundry area. Up on the first floor, you will then find two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with showers, a twin bedroom, a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside each villa, a wide porch is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs and portable BBQs. The beautiful pool is at the center, the perfect place to freshen up during hot summer days.
In the surroundings
The property is located in a wonderful area of Le Marche's inland, surrounded just by gentle hills and at a short distance from the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano.
From here, you can reach some of the most famous villages in the area, from Tolentino to San Ginesio, as well as the famous Monti Sibillini National Park, where you will find the highest peaks in the region and the beautiful Fiastra Lake. Urbisaglia and its Roman site are just 15km away and not too far from here you will also find the famous Fiastra Abbey. In about 40 minutes you can reach the town of Fermo and the coastline with some of the most famous seaside resorts of the region.

Absolut traumhaft
Acht Erwachsene und acht Kinder hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in den Marken! Die beiden Häuser sind mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub braucht. Auch der traumhafte Blick ins Hügelland mit süßen kleinen Ortschaften könnte nicht schöner sein. Wärmste Empfehlung!
Geweldige huizen om met groter gezelschap samen te huren.
Mooie locatie, geweldig uitzicht. Nieuwe huizen en inrichting, zwembad in het midden. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig, mooie badkamers. Enige wat ontbreekt is spiegels en parasols bij het zwembad. Wij hadden 37-40 graden waar we mee moesten dealen, zonder parasols bij het zwembad is dat gewoon niet te doen. Management gaf aan, daar we het eerder al hadden aangegeven/gevraagd dat de bomen voldoende waren. Dat is waar, maar pas vanaf 18 uur in de avond, dan is de zon sowieso minder scherp natuurlijk. Maar we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad, zoals gezegd van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief airco’s en mooie veranda’s. Zeker een aanrader voor wie als Marche wil gaan zien. Redelijke afstand van strand en veel restaurants binnen 15-30 minuten, met name de agriturismo’s, waar je heerlijk buiten kunt dineren.
