The villa is divided into 5 spacious apartments, each with large private terraces where guests can spend time outdoors, enjoy the warm weather and pleasant breezes and admire the beautiful views of the hills and the sea. Each apartment has its own private entrance with the exception of Il Tondo and Il Rosso which are located at the second floor and share the staircase. On the ground floor there is a common area with a kitchen and a big living room, available to those who rent the whole villa. Still on this floor there is a common laundry for all the apartments. At the east part of the garden there is the swimming pool with salt water cleaning equipment, with a small whirlpool area, surrounded by a beautiful sunbathing area with sun beds and garden furniture.

Foglia is one of the 5 apartments that make up Villa Il Panorama. It is located on the first floor and has an independent entrance staircase, which allows access to the balcony. Being completely covered, the balcony can also be used in case of bad weather. It has outdoor chairs, sofas and barbecue. The entrance leads to the living room / kitchen area where there is a comfortable sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, kitchen and dining table. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
