The Apartments
The living area has a kitchen and there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. A few meters away, in a reserved area is the large heated pool with hydro massage. Berenice is one of four apartments for guests of The Giuggiolo. This large farmhouse is named after a centenarian jujube tree, growing right in front of the house. The property is fully fenced and consists of a main house, where an apartment is occupied by the owner, other two apartments on the first floor, an apartment on the ground floor and a large outbuilding (guest house) transformed into a big, separate apartment. The beautiful and large swimming pool has a Jacuzzi area, sun umbrellas and sun beds for all guests and can also be heated in the spring. The property is then surrounded by big olive trees with a beautiful view over the hills and the village of Isola di Fano where all the main services can be found; moreover, they can also be reached by a few minutes’ walk. The interior is tastefully decorated, with a balanced mix of tradition and modernity. The 4 apartments of different sizes can meet the needs of couples, families and groups, each of them equipped with its own area for outdoor dining. Guests have access also to laundry facilities.
