Once you arrive, you will understand what it means to live in contact with the nature of a Natural Reserve and admire a breathtaking view that opens onto the valley with hills spreading in front of your eyes and mountains in the background.
The only sounds you will hear are those of the wind in the trees, or the squirrels playing around. Here you can switch off from the daily routine and enjoy true relaxation.

The exterior is decorated with trees and with garden furniture; a portion of the property is fenced, so that it can accommodate your 4-legged friends. Outside you will also find a traditional wood oven, which is perfect for testing your culinary skills for lunches and dinners with family and friends! One wing of the building is dedicated to physical activities and relaxation with a reading room, a well-equipped gym, workshop for the reparation and storage of bikes, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. A short walk down the house will lead you to the pool and the sunbathing area.

In the surroundings
Around the house there are several trails you can discover by foot or by mountain bikes, if you want to bring them with you. The house is simple, but really warm and welcoming. Much more than you can imagine from the photos. The place is perfect for true nature lovers.
The town of Acqualagna is located about 15 minutes’ drive, where you can enjoy meals based on truffles in many restaurants, shopping in shops and supermarkets. At about 40 minutes’ drive from the house you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the coastal cities.

Wonderful holidays at "Il Conio"
We spent two weeks at "Il Conio" with our big family. This place is really wonderful for people who love nature and tranquility. Fantastic view over the hills and mountains. We enjoyed it very much! The house is very charming, absolut clean, well equipped, much space for all of us. A beautiful garden, much space to relax, the pool is wonderful, because the sea is far. So we missed nothing to have a relaxing holiday. The owners are very friendly, they gave us a really warm welcome. Because we love sports (climbing, hiking) we have a lot of possibilities in the surroundings. From the house you can walk directly into the natural reserve. We saw and hear a lot of animals - fantastic! Birgitta
