La Ginestra is one of three apartments that comprise Il Conio. The house consists of three separate apartments, each with its own area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The exterior is decorated with trees and with garden furniture; a portion of the property is fenced, so that it can accommodate your 4-legged friends. Outside you will also find a traditional wood oven, which is perfect for testing your culinary skills for lunches and dinners with family and friends! One wing of the building is dedicated to physical activities and relaxation with a reading room, a well-equipped gym, workshop for the reparation and storage of bikes, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. A short walk down the house will lead you to the pool and the sunbathing area.
