Giuseppe is one of the three apartments that make up Casale degli Ulivi and is located on the first floor with direct access from the veranda.
Property description
The Giuseppe apartment, which is accessed by an external private staircase leading to the well-furnished veranda and from which you enter the apartment, consists of: a well-equipped kitchen, living room with a large sofa, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom , a bedroom with two French beds (120 cm) in the mezzanine area, a bathroom with tub-shower and a bathroom with shower. A terrace accessible from the living area, enjoys a panoramic view of the pool and is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors. If necessary, an extra single bed can be added. Available and shared with the guests of Casale degli Ulivi, a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage, sun beds and umbrellas for sunbathing. The laundry area is also shared with an iron and ironing board.
In the surroundings
Located in a peaceful garden with wonderful olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys a splendid view of the valley, hills and mountains of the Apennines. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several excellent restaurants offering a great variety of truffle dishes. In about 25 minutes by car you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the city of Fano with free beaches (sand or stones) or well-equipped establishments and in the immediate vicinity, restaurants, bars and cafes. Cities such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car.

The Marken is a must for anyone who loves peace
We were the first two weeks in September 2018 in the apartment above, on arrival we were welcomed with wine and pizza for the evening, also a bowl of fruit. The house is well maintained and there is a large beautiful pool. Immediate action was taken when something did not work or when there were questions, Laura our contact person was a relief compared to last year's reception in the South of France (a 10 +), Laura thanks again. The Marken is a must for anyone who loves peace and beautiful old villages, without mass tourism. In summary, repeatable.

Relaxing!
Good equiped house, nice furniture and clean! Beautiful pool and nice host. We had a wonderful stay and thit some excutions in the neighbourhood , Cagli, Fossombrone, Urbino, Urbania, the river Metauro.... We will recomend this house to our friends!!!! Fam. Everaerd with 2 daughters (14, 19).

A great Villa
A great Villa. Fantastic area, totally different to the other areas of Italy we have visited: Tuscany, Umbria.
The food is great, atmosphere marveillous. Have spent the time teaching to locals english. will reccomend to others.

Fantastic vacation
We occuped the downstairs villa and enjoyed the facilities of the pool and the spacious villa. Very central to the main hillside towns of le Marche with real access to local restaurants and place of interest.
Throughly enjoyed ourselves we would definetely recommend this to others. Jan T.

Pleasant and quiet place for the stay with children - Aug'16
Communication with landlord very good, the stafff was very nice and helpful, the apartment is quite new, the description of the apartment complies with the reality. The swimming pool is excellent. The apartment is quite fresh (however we did not experineced extrem tropical temperatures during our stay). The apartment is 40 minutes of drive from the beach and it is not in a walk distance from the Acqualagna - the car is needed. If someone is a light sleeper the doors indoor are oldfashioned and do not seal so they do not reduce the noise produced in other parts of the apartment.
