Immersed in the Natural Reserve of Furlo, this is the ideal place for those who love peace and tranquility. The road to the house is a typical narrow mountain road, but the effort is definitely worth it. Once you arrive, you will understand what it means to live in contact with the nature of a Natural Reserve and admire a breathtaking view that opens onto the valley with hills spreading in front of your eyes and mountains in the background. The only sounds you will hear are those of the wind in the trees, or the squirrels playing around. Here you can switch off from the daily routine and enjoy true relaxation. Around the house there are several trails you can discover by foot or by mountain bikes, if you want to bring them with you. The house is simple but really warm and welcoming. Much more than you can imagine from the photos. The place is perfect for true nature lovers.

Apartment on two levels: first-floor kitchen and a small living room with sofa bed, terrace; ground floor with bedroom, bathroom with shower. La Ginestra is one of three apartments that comprise Il Conio.
The house consists of three separate apartments, each with its own area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The exterior is decorated with trees and with garden furniture; a portion of the property is fenced, so that it can accommodate your 4-legged friends. Outside you will also find a traditional wood oven, which is perfect for testing your culinary skills for lunches and dinners with family and friends! One wing of the building is dedicated to physical activities and relaxation with a reading room, a well-equipped gym, workshop for the reparation and storage of bikes, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
A short walk down the house will lead you to the pool and the sunbathing area.
In the surroundings
The town of Acqualagna is located about 15 minutes’ drive, where you can enjoy meals based on truffles in many restaurants, shopping in shops and supermarkets. At about 40 minutes’ drive from the house you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the coastal cities.

position and view into the landscape was perfect
The flat was very clean and we received after one week also clean bethclothes and towels.
The position of the flat and the view into the landscape was perfect.
The landlord family lived partly in the other flats and they were extremly friendly.
The furnitures (beds, kitchen etc.) were all good (except the couch which was for us to flexible and humble).
The bathroom was very clean. We only missed a washing machine there is an adapter in the bathroom and this could be the next small invest - because within two weeks you have some towels, shirts which need to be cleaned.
The small pool was always clean.
We also got as a starter some bread, marmalade, coffee, sugar etc. which we really enjoyed because we arrived on Saturday evening when the shops were closed and so we had a good first breakfast next sunday. The landlord family invited us for an outside dinner on the first evening. We enjoyed the very tasty food.
For us it was a 5 star holiday and we can recommend the flat and also your service.

Immaculate apartment with a great view across the valley.
Veronica suggested us several nice excursion to make in the area, trough the Furlo gorge by bike along the river
We had a lovely week and would go back.
