Falco is a ground-floor apartment with a large living room with fireplace and a sofa, three double bedrooms, two of which have one additional single bed, and each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower. For the use of the guests there is a loggia with a table and chairs for relaxing and dining outdoors.
The cottage is divided into two spacious apartments for a total of 5 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Both apartments have access from the ground floor.
Outside the large terrain allows you to better enjoy the beautiful natural landscape that surrounds the house, with barbecue, table tennis, table football, gazebo, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi area, perfectly harmonized with the surrounding landscape.
To reach the house you need to drive for about 3.5 km on a gravel road running through forests of oak and hornbeam trees with charming landscapes popping from behind the flora.
The town of Apecchio, where you will also find all the main services, is about 5 km away. This area is famous for craft brewers both in Italy and abroad; you can visit them for beer tours and tastings, while some restaurants offer menus with dishes based on local beers.
There are trails for hiking, trekking, canyoning and river bathing. About half an hour away is Sant'Angelo in Vado with the unique mosaics of the Domus of the Myth, and a little further there is Mercatello sul Metauro (an Orange flag for one of the best mediaeval boroughs in Italy). In less than an hour drive away there is the beautiful Urbino, an UNESCO World Heritage city.
Ca Quattrocchi è un posto davvero speciale...una vista super, tranquillità, natura...relax.
L'appartamento Falco è molto bello, spazioso e ben fornito. C'è tutto quello che serve. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ospitali.
La casa è divisa in due appartamenti, ognuno con i propri spazi esterni.
Davvero una vacanza all'insegna del relax.
The apartment was all we could wish for, spacious, comfortable. At first we were a little concerned there was no air-con but truly, it just isn't need, even on the hotteset days and in August we had a few!
The local pizzeria in Piobbico La Colombara is to be recommended, very friendly service, plenty of wine and the limoncello is lovely. It was nice to find internet line and an Ipad available with the possibility to read my favorite newspaper each morning.
I recommend this propery for a wonderful holiday for sight seeing and relaxation.
