In front of the porch of this beautiful villa, you have an infinity pool that overlooks a breathtaking landscape, made of rolling hills dotted with houses. In this place, you will experience total privacy even if you are a few minutes away from the town. This rural home with a large, fenced garden is the ideal place to spend your holiday in complete relaxation!
Property description
The villa is divided into 2 floors, both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen that leads to the porch, a dining room and a living room with fireplace. On the same floor, you will find a toilet and a double bedroom with en suite shower. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bath.
The wide stone porch is equipped with table and chairs for eating outside and a nice outdoor sofa. The pool with descending steps is equipped with sunbeds.
In the surroundings
The villa is located about 7 km from Pergola, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafés. There are also many beautiful villages in the area, like Frontone with its castle and Cagli, with its peculiar historic center, worth paying a visit.
If you wanted to leave the tranquility of the house for a dip in the pleasant bustle of the coast, the Adriatic Sea is located 40 km away, with both free and equipped beaches as well as excellent fresh fish restaurants.

Un vero paradiso!
Il soggiorno è stato stupendo eravamo già stati ospiti a Col di Luce altre due volte in precedenza tornare e' stata una bellissima emozione rinnovata! Il paesaggio che si gode dalla proprietà è a dir poco meraviglioso, la casa spaziosa e confortevole ci torneremo sicuramente! Wonderful House in peaceful surroundings
Perfectly equipped house in the hills above Pergola. The large pool in front of the shaded terrace is great for sunny days. The interior is lovely combining old and new. Bedroom for parents downstairs and children upstairs is a good idea ;-) Quiet nights and beautiful sunrises and sunsets make this place special. A little bit difficult too find along the dusty road - but it is worth it! Staff is very helpful and friendly!

We had an amazing holiday here!! What a house and what a view!!! Clean big house and kitchen, very big pool, nice food, friendly people and sunny weather. We even spotted some deers outside the huge garden. The people of Marcheholiday are super friendly, always standby to help you and make your stay unforgettable. We love it
Le Marche at its best
Very comfortable and nice house with a breathtaking view on the hills of Le Marche. Also with the exceptional heavy thunderstorms and as a consequence an evening without electricity, we enjoyed a lot this unique place. Bathrooms could get a little bit more attention. Nevertheless after several times in Le Marche for holidays this house was the best.
