The villa is well structured and appropriate to accommodate groups; on the ground floor the kitchen is large, bright and well equipped with professional facilities.
There is a dining room, a large living room with fireplace, and an autonomous area with a study, bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there is a lounge with fireplace, a double bedroom with additional single bed and en suite bathroom with shower, other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath and 2 with showers.
The pool is big, with a nice area with sun beds, where you can sunbathe, have fun and enjoy the beautiful view, in total privacy.
Just a few minutes away, you will find Cagli, one of the most beautiful villages of this area, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The location is sublime! Beautiful views everywhere. A lot of space around the house, which is great fun with a big gang. Many shady spots and a blissful covered garden table. The house itself is very spacious, very well equipped for so many people. Very well maintained. No air conditioning needed, it stays nice and fresh. As usual, this house is secluded with a spicy sturdy (and dusty) climb up, but that's all worth it. Paolo and Maddalena are nice owners.
PERFECT PLACE TO STAY WITH 12 PEOPLE
We were 3 families aged 19-61 and again (the second time) we enjoyed a wonderful week in Checello with a wonderful pool and garden and a kitchen perfect to prepare meals for this amount of people. The owners Maddalena and Paolo always gave us helpful information. We can recommand this lovely place!!!
Checello is a lovely hill top house in Le Marche, nearest to the beautiful village Cagli. There is a spacious garden with abundant space for kids to play, and a fresh swimmingpool. The views of the countryside are magnificent. Interior of the house is in Italian country style, very appropriate. The kitchen appliances and utensils do need some attention, especially if you like to cook yourself. What remains to be said about Le Marche region? The countryside is probably more beautiful than nearby Tuscany, and still the crowds seem to prefer the westside of the Appenines...Let's keep it that way. Lots of interesting places to visit, allthough some need a bit of a drive.

What an amazing location. The house is a spacious and very comfortable home that accommodated our extended family of ten perfectly. The grounds and pool are absolutely beautiful with views over the rolling hills with fields of sunflowers. There was so much space and varioys seating areas that accommodated for social times and also quiet times. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. The hosts were very attentive and were always available if we were in need of anything. Despite being in the country we were only a ten minute drive from Cagli, a quaint old town that has a couple of large supermarkets, restaurants and a selection of small shops wich were ideal for our needs. Othe places accessible for day visits included Assisi and San Marino along with many other smaller towns.I can highly recommend Marcheholiday Checello for a spectacular holiday in Le Marche. We will definitely be back.
wonderful house in beautiful region: We were 12 persons (3families) and enjoyed a week in the well equiped house with a beautiful garden and pool and a wonderful view. We want to come again.
