The main entrance leads directly to the bright and welcoming living room, equipped with a fireplace and connected to the panoramic terrace with a brick gazebo, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. On the ground floor there is also a study, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor, Casale Partemio has four double bedrooms, a small terrace and two bathrooms with shower, offering the right privacy and comfort for each guest.
The garden is completely fenced and is an oasis of tranquility of about 6,000 m², enriched by Mediterranean plants and ideal spaces for relaxation. A brick gazebo and a porch, furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, offer conviviality areas surrounded by nature. The outdoor area also includes a brick barbecue and a mobile one, a play area with a swing for children and a parking lot, making the villa suitable for families and groups of friends.
The private saltwater swimming pool is covered with beige PVC and is accessible from different points of the garden. The shape is mainly rectangular and measures 5.35 x 10.60 m, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 m. At guests' disposal, inside the pool, two hydromassage jets.
The entrance is possible via Roman steps with 5 steps. Lighting is present both inside and outside the pool. The pool will be available to guests from May until the end of September. The solarium with stone flooring is furnished with comfortable seats and deckchairs, from here you have a panoramic view of the surrounding hills.
Casale Partemio enjoys an ideal location for exploring the Marche, a region rich in culture, nature and food and wine traditions. A short distance away is the Adriatic coast, with the sandy beaches of Fano (18 km), which offer equipped establishments, fish restaurants and crystal clear waters. For a day at the seaside, you can also choose Marotta (30 km) or the renowned Senigallia (40 km), famous for its "velvet beach" and starred restaurants.
For those who love art and history, Urbino, about 35 km away, is an unmissable stop: declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it is famous for the Palazzo Ducale, home to the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche, and for being the birthplace of Raphael. The city offers an immersion in the Italian Renaissance, with palaces, churches and alleys that tell the story of one of the most prestigious courts of the fifteenth century.
In the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse there are also fascinating historic villages. Saltara (3 km away) is a small town known for its culinary traditions and the Museo del Balì, an interactive science center that enchants adults and children. Mondavio (20 km away), with its famous Rocca Roveresca, represents one of the best preserved Renaissance fortresses, offering a glimpse of medieval life through historical reenactments and exhibitions.
Just 2 km from Casale Partemio, Cartoceto is a romantic village famous for the production of DOP olive oil, with olive groves surrounding the city and numerous oil mills that allow tastings of oil and typical products. Every autumn, Cartoceto hosts one of the most important fairs in the area dedicated to olive oil, a unique opportunity to taste the local excellences.
Nature lovers can walk along the paths of the Marche hills, quickly reaching natural areas such as the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park (about 30 km away), a protected area that extends along the coast and offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Here you can go hiking or mountain biking, with routes suitable even for the less experienced.
Finally, for a day of relaxation and well-being, the Raffaello spa in Petriano (about 40 km away) is the ideal destination. Here you can enjoy thermal treatments and a wide range of wellness programs, ideal for regenerating in an environment surrounded by greenery.
