The owners, who live a few kilometers from the villa, are available, discreet and attentive to the needs of their guests, will be able to advise you on the best restaurants and shops where you can taste and buy typical dishes and products. The farmhouse is divided into 3 apartments of different sizes, furnished with style and quality materials, with perfectly equipped kitchens and each with an independent entrance. Casale La Rocca is also perfect for large groups who want to spend their holidays together: by renting the entire property, on the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, sofas, a large dining table and a spacious kitchen. At guests' disposal there are also entertaining board games and books in English. Outside you will find a large and well-kept garden, with 2 areas equipped with 1 stainless steel BBQ and 2 large brick barbecues and pizza oven, beautiful tables and benches made from wooden logs, positioned in shady areas. The swimming pool offers a separate hydromassage area, the solarium area has sun beds, tables and outdoor furniture where you can spend pleasant hours of relaxation and fun. Guests also have access to a comfortable external bathroom at the service of the swimming pool. The owners also make available to guests a vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables to enjoy the best of genuine products of the land as well as an area where you can find fresh spices for the kitchen.
