The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance leads to the large open-plan living area with a large fireplace in the center, a sitting area with sofas and smart TV, and a dining area, accessible from both sides with glass doors. At the corner to the right of the main entrance is the fully-equipped kitchen, with a convenient central island and pantry corner. All around large sliding glass doors communicate with the outside. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom and laundry room. The staircase leads up to the first-floor sleeping area with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
The park surrounding the house (enclosed by wire mesh fencing) extends for about two hectares and is set in a stretch of semi-hilly countryside characterized by oaks, olive trees, maritime pines, fruit trees, and grass. From the entrance gate, a cement drive flanked by maritime pines leads to the house and the parking area in front of the pergola and the main entrance. The garden surrounding the house is embellished by succulents, palms, and olive trees and by the splendid pergola with an outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and built-in barbecue. Under the pergola adjacent to the kitchen is a large wooden table with benches, the ideal place for al fresco meals. On one of the lower level terraces is a small children's play area with swing, slide and trampoline.
The swimming pool is about 3 m from the house and the large sliding glass doors of the living area. Rectangular and measuring 8 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1,50 m, the pool is lined in PVC and has salt purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium, partly paved with white porphyry pebbles and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, and little sofas with table and chairs. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Casa di Pali' is less than 20 km from Urbino, proclaimed UNESCO World Heritage Site, a center of remarkable artistic beauty where you will find yourself catapulted into the Renaissance era. The geographical position of Casa di Pali', between the Marche and Emilia Romagna, makes it a strategic point from where to explore the beauties of both regions. From here you can easily reach the A14 motorway (the Pesaro-Urbino exit is 15 km away) to visit localities on the Adriatic coast such as Rimini, Riccione, Fano, Pesaro, Senigallia, and Ancona. Within a radius of 100 km are borghi of extraordinary beauty, such as Gradara and Corinaldo, and, continuing into Umbria, Gubbio and Umbertide. San Marino, a State within a State, enclosed by mighty medieval stone walls, a little mosaic of districts, and streets with panoramic views of incomparable beauty, is just 60 km away. 33 km away is Acqualagna, the Truffle Capital where the most important event in central Italy dedicated to truffles is celebrated. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve, a land surrounded by unspoiled nature and enchanting scenery. For hiking enthusiasts, the magnificent Gola del Furlo represents the ideal destination: you can walk up to the Terrazza del Furlo, an exceptional panoramic platform that overlooks the Gorge and from where you can see the spectacular limestone walls. Shops and essential services are 4 km from the villa, in the hamlets of Bottega and, further on, Montecchio.
