This restored farmhouse, located at a walking distance from the pretty village of Sant'Angelo in Lizzola, less than half an hour from Fano and Pesaro on the Adriatic Sea. There, besides the sea with its sandy or pebbles beaches, well maintained beach establishments or free public beaches, you can enjoy shopping or try the many restaurants that cater for all needs.
Property description
The house offers a wonderful panorama, has a large garden and a lovely swimming pool, a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast at dawn and a porch with a hammock where guests can dine and while admiring the sunset in relaxation.
The owner has personally made the majority of the wood furniture and decorations by hand, creating a warm and comfortable environment, unique and inimitable.
Downstairs, there is a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room with a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and the ability to easily add two more beds, and a bathroom with shower.
Behind the house, with a separate entrance, there is a sauna with wooden beds and a shower, where you can relax and recharge your batteries; right next to it, there is the lovely swimming pool. Here, guests can carelessly linger to enjoy the wonderful sunset that can be seen right from the top of the valley.
In the surroundings
Half an hour away inland, there is Urbino – an art city and UNESCO heritage site; in addition, one can also discover the smaller, numerous beautiful villages situated nearby, such as Mombaroccio or Candelara.

We really have enjoyed our vacation at this house. Surrounding and the outlook - especially the sun set is so beautiful! Gabriela and Simone the owner are really helpful and so friendly. If there is a place you can call heaven on earth, then this is the location. A beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor place where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening. The owner Simone and his wife Gabrielle are very friendly people. The house they have put all their love into to build this into what it is now we enjoyed a whole week. In short, it was a great week!

The house is so wonderful, a beautiful garden,many options to choose, an amazing place for all meals.
We could have just stayed in Casa Celeste and be mesmerized by the stunning view alone but then we would not have had time to enjoy the other delights. Pesaro and its beaches, Urbino, Fano, Macerata etc.

This is the place to be!
This was the first time we stayed for three weeks in just one house: it was a great experience, especially because Casa Celeste makes you feel at home from the beginning. The terras, the view, the pizza-oven, the pool and then the jazz- concert in Gradara, ancient music in Urbino. This is the place to be!

We couldn’t wish for a warmer welcome!
We stayed in Casa Celeste for 2 weeks and we loved it. The house was charming and the view was beautiful. Thank you Gabriella for the cake and some groceries because we arrived late at night and thank you Simone for all the great tips for places to go and restaurants. We couldn’t wish for a warmer welcome!
The kids enjoyed to play in your beautiful garden and we did also some great trips, highlights of our holiday were: San Marino, Urbino, Pesaro and San Leo for the great history . the beach of Sirolo was a kind of hidden pearl but the beaches of Pesaro and Fano were great too. The nature park above Pesaro was very nice.
The kids enjoyed the zoo near Ancona very much and Fabilandia in Rimini.
We were so surprised of the food in restaurant Vecchia Fonte in the village, what a great experience! The pizzeria Spaccio in Coriano was really good and pizzeria Farina in Pesaro also.
We had great ice cream in Urbino and the fish on the beach of Sirolo was heaven.
On and go to the caves of Frasassi.

We have really enjoyed our stay in ‘Casa Celeste’. The home is stunning and the location is beautiful. We were very grateful for the warm welcome when we arrived. We spent lots of time in the pool which was great!
We went to many places such as Bellaria, Ravenna, Carpegna and Pesaro. We recommend the boating and cycle hire in Bellaria, theme park ‘Mirabilandia’ in Ravenna, Carpegna park.

La casa con la vista più bella di tutte

Questa settimana é stata bellissima. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la pizza al forno e la grigliata erano fantastici. Anche noi abbiamo provato le salsicce della macelleria del paese.
Siamo stati in Italia tante volte, ma questa casa ha la vista più bella.

Two weeks in your lovely house
Dear Gabriella and Simone,
we really enjoyed to stay two weeks in your lovely house with its very nice view and surroundings. With pleasure we took every day our first coffee in your garden. Although we made a lot of trips to San Leo, Sirolo, Monte Conero, we were always happy to return to ‘ Casa Celeste’.
We also used your barbecue several times and here we recommend tu but the ‘salsiccia’ and the ‘bistecca’ at the local butcher in Sant’Angelo.

A perfect place for a lovely holoiday!

we enjoyed the time at Casa Celeste very much. We had two recreational weeks with fun in the pool and the wineries around here. The beautiful view and lots of fine food. Hill climbing by bike was challenging. Thanks for your nice ‘Welcome’ and your help.

Spectacular sunsets on a clear day
We rented this house for the last week of September. We arrived to a very warm welcome from the owner and his wife, and stunning sunset views from the living room and terrace. The stonework of the house has been restored beautifully, and the owner is rightly very proud of the handmade furniture and windows. The house has clearly been a labour of love for the family, and it certainly invokes rural Italy’s past. The. We were very unlucky with a whole week of rainy weather, but we welcomed the opportunity to warm up in the lovely wood-fired sauna, and to relax in the comfortable leather armchairs in front of the wood-burner. Despite the wet and windy weather we experienced, we could appreciate that the house would have been delightful during good weather, when the well-designed outdoor areas (two terraces with lovely views, and a number of different grassed areas) could be enjoyed. The only suggestions we would make for other guests is to be aware that the house doesn’t have a dishwasher or central heating (as advertised), the internet access is not broadband (it only worked intermittently at very low speed during our stay - not suitable for streaming or downloading), and some may not enjoy the early mornings during the hunting season, when hunting takes place within 25 metres of the house.
