The Apartments
Located in the heart of the Montefeltro, near the Natural Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello and the beautiful Castle of San Leo, a few kilometers from Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, and less than an hour drive from the Republic of San Marino, this stone farmhouse has been completely refurbished to make it an oasis of tranquility in the countryside, while at the same time, being at a walking distance from the village. A few kilometers from the villa there is a beautiful adventure park, Carpegna Park, a fun experience for adults and children; in addition, you will have the possibility to practice hiking- day and night, mountain biking, and many other activities within the Natural Park. Bring with you as a snack a sandwich with Carpegna ham, typical salami - prestigious and exquisite product of this area. In the garden there is a large swimming pool overlooking the typical landscape of the Marche, as well as a bowling alley for a complete fun with family and friends. The villa has a beautiful porch entrance, under which you will find the pizza oven and barbecue. The interior features a large apartment with a central hall, a kitchen, a loft area with two sofa beds, leading to 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; there is a third bathroom with shower in the basement. On the ground floor there are other 2 smaller apartments (one with 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for handicapped a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, one apartment has one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. A corridor connects the other two apartments with the main apartment. They can also remain closed for the privacy of the guests. The house is earthquake-proof, provided with potable water.
