Property description
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living open space consisting of a living room, fitted with a fireplace and a sofa, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Through a large window you can access to an outdoor area where you can eat and enjoy the panorama that opens onto the green of the surrounding hills.
On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with armchair-bed.
On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person and a bathroom with shower.
From a separate entrance, on the ground floor, access to a double bedroom with a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower. The features of this space make it suitable to accommodate people with disabilities.
A few meters away from the property, on the other side of the quiet road, surrounded by ornamental plants, there is a large private swimming pool, where you can spend some time sunbathing and taking refreshing baths.
In the surroundings
The location of this villa allows you to reach the town of Piobbico in just 5 minutes by car, where you will find all the main services, restaurants and supermarkets. Apecchio is famous for its brewery craft. You will also discover the small surrounding villages with their traditions and various events that are organised throughout the summer.

Perfect for an aperitivo at sunset
We have spent a week in this beautiful house up in the mountains, ideally located for hikes in the surrounding hills and gorge. It is a brand new house, with modern furniture and interior - including an open fireplace! The terrace overlooks the valley - perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. The owner takes care of everything you might need, he even offered us welcome drinks and a homemade cake. Make sure to also visit their trattoria in Piobbico, great Italian food you need to try! I would also like to thank the super friendly staff at Marche Holiday for the welcoming, friendly and constant support, no matter what we requested.
