The Apartments
This villa has a beautiful swimming pool suitable for children and a large garden. The house is characterized, on the ground floor, by a large living room with fireplace and a modern well- equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with shower and all rooms are connected by a large terrace from which you can also see the sea. On the ground floor a large porch allow you to enjoy dinner in the warm light of sunset. In the poolhouse there is a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. In the same building but facing the villa there is a double bedroom with bathroom (on request with extra fee). IMPORTANT: Max. 2 pets per stay are allowed at Residenza Il Podere. Your pet friends will take a nap under the shadow of some olive trees and enjoy the beautiful, big garden and the living areas of Residenza Il Podere. In compliance with the villa rules, guests travelling with pets are asked to keep the house cleaned and no pet is allowed to enter the pool, all the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Guests are also kindly asked to not let their pets get on sofas and armchairs. City tax: 1.5 € per person (over 13 years of age)/per day, for up to 2-week stay
