The villa is located in the municipality of Fermo, between Fermo and Porto San Giorgio, which is less than 4 km away, while the center of Fermo is just under 6 km away. Fermo, set on a hill that dominates the surrounding green countryside, has its roots in the Picenum era, passing through Roman domination and then through alternating political events in the Middle Ages up to the present day. The main square of the town is the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo, with the 16th century Palazzo dei Priori, home to the Pinacoteca Civica which exhibits important paintings from the Veneto and Marche schools, the "Nativity" by Rubens and the "Sala del Mappamondo", named after the map of the world drawn by the cartographer Moroncelli of Fabriano in 1713. Not to be missed, a visit to the Roman Cisterns dating back to the 1st century AD and attributed to Caesar Octavian Augustus.
A few kilometers away are some of the most beautiful borghi in Italy: Torre di Palme, Moresco, Petritoli, Servigliano and, for sea lovers, Porto San Giorgio and the renowned beaches of this part of the Adriatic coast, such as Porto Sant'Elpidio, Cupra Marittima and Grottammare. Porto San Giorgio, which has been awarded the Blue Flag many times, is characterized by sandy beaches, numerous bathing establishments and accommodation facilities equipped for all needs. It has a well-equipped marina and a cycle path and its seafront is embellished with centuries-old palm trees, well-tended pavements and well-designed lighting, surrounded by Art Nouveau buildings built in the early 20th century. The Fermo-Porto San Giorgio motorway junction is less than 4 km away while the nearest train station is Porto San Giorgio, about 6 km away. The main services can be found in Salvano di Fermo, about 2 km from the villa.
