The villa has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor opens directly into the open-plan living area and kitchen which leads out to the large terrace; the floor is completed by two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. A travertine staircase leads to the upper floor with the third double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace with a view of the pool. The independent annex is composed of a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower.
The garden of about 500 sq m, with a splendid view of the surrounding hills, extends over two terraces; it is characterized by the trees and bushes of typical Mediterranean scrub: cypresses, pomegranates, lavender, and roses. A large terrace in front of the living area, set up with a table and chairs and a large umbrella, welcomes guests to pleasant alfresco meals. The outdoor area is completed by a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area where guests can enjoy every moment of the day.
The elegant, exclusive swimming pool is located in an area of the garden overlooking an open panoramic landscape, about 20 m from the house. The pool, accessible via Roman steps, measures 13 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1,40 m. Lined in PVC with a border in Brazilian quartz, it has salt purification. The surrounding sunbathing area, partly lawn and partly paved, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. At the entrance to the pool area is a cold-water shower. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Borgo da Monte is located in Monteprandone, a pretty hill town with medieval-style houses and buildings; the surrounding landscape is attractive country with vineyards and wheat fields. It is close to renowned towns, worthy of a visit, such as Ascoli Piceno, a medieval town considered among the most monumental in Italy; San Benedetto del Tronto, known as the “Riviera delle Palme” with its pleasant promenade and cycle path from where you can admire the sea. Nearby are numerous historic borghi which you can explore: Acquaviva Picena, Grottammare and Offida. Just a few kilometers from the villa can be found all services: the bus stop is 2 km away, and the railway station is 10 km away. The closest motorway exit is in San Benedetto del Tronto, 7 km away.
