Ca Ginestra è un luogo unico dove vivere con la famiglia o un gruppo di amici emozioni straordinarie. Situata in una posizione dominante, la casa si affaccia sul bellissimo paesaggio di Cartoceto, famosa per il suo pregiatissimo olio.
E' raggiungibile tramite una strada sterrata di campagna che si inerpica tra le dolci colline marchigiane. Se non vi farete intimidire dalla strada un pò disagiata, potrete arrivare in una oasi di pace, silenzio e relax dove i soli rumori saranno quelli della natura.

La Proprietà
Composizione: al piano terra, soggiorno, cucina e camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con doccia.
Al primo piano: 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 doppia, 1 bagno con doccia e un ampio terrazzo dove rilassarsi godendosi il sole.
Tutte le camere da letto sono dotate di zanzariere.
La casa è circondata da un ampio giardino, curato e arredato per vivere all'aria aperta, e da una piscina per far divertire i vostri bimbi.
IMPORTANTE:
L'ultimo tratto per raggiungere la casa per circa 2 km è sterrato e tortuoso, vi consigliamo di arrivare con un fuoristrada o ogni macchina adatta a strade di campagna; se non abituati a questo tipo di percorsi, sconsigliamo di arrivare con auto particolarmente basse.
Tuttavia, la vista dalla casa e la tranquillità che vi aspettano, sicuramente valgono la pena.
Nei dintorni
A poca distanza bellissimi borghi da visitare, come il castello di Mombaroccio o Serrungarina, e per i bambini un museo interattivo davvero unico, il Museo del Balì che comprende anche un Osservatorio Celeste. Il mare e le città di Pesaro e Fano possono essere raggiunti in poco più di mezz’ora.

Wonderful and comfortable house with lovely garden
We had two wonderful weeks here and enjoyed the well equipped anf nicely decorated house, the lovely garden, and the beautiful view. Excellent housekeeping. The owners were always very helpful and caring. Thanks!

Mooi vakantiehuis
We hebben een week genoten van dit mooi vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht en heeft alles om een aangenaam verblijf mogelijk te maken. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam, vriendelijk en kan zowel Engels als Frans. De weg naar het huis is inderdaad een hele uitdaging maar eenmaal aangekomen is het de moeite waard. Veel te bezoeken in de omgeving (Urbino, Fano, Pesaro..)
Perfect huis op een geweldige locatie
De weg er naar toe is een uitdaging en vergt inderdaad wel een goede auto (niet verlaagd, geen spiksplinternieuwe,...) i.v.m. het type wegdek, de begroeiing en het stof. Eigenaar is heel aardig, meegaand, meedenkend en geeft je tips over bijvoorbeeld goede eetgelegenheden, mooie routes enzovoort. Hij spreekt aardig Engels en doet grote moeite om het verblijf goed naar je zin te maken. Wij zaten hier in de periode dat het tropisch heet was en dat de waterbron dreigde op te raken i.v.m. de droogte. Om de dag kwam de eigenaar ons water brengen, het zwembad bijvullen en flessen water brengen om op die manier toch nog groot comfort te geven. Echt klasse! Ondanks dat het niet vermeld stond, hadden we ook nog wifi dus dat was ook erg fijn! Wij kijken terug op 2 hele mooie weken!

Mon commentaire sera en français. Petit clin d'oeil à Andrea notre hôte qui sait également parler français. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Rien ne manquait, les cd, le babecue, de quoi nous faire à manger à notre arrivée, une piscine pour se rafraichir, un billard, un baby foot pour de franches rigolades avec nos jeunes ados.... une maison sans voisins. même notre chien n'a pas eu envie de partir à la chasse. J'avoue que les 2 derniers kilomètres nous ont un peu stressé mais la voiture a survécu. La région recèle quelques belles visites et même des plages sans transats Quant à l'agence MH, elle a toujours répondue à mes demandes. one tip: remove the old photos from the house; it's disturbing.

The house is wonderful situated and is very quiet. The owner is very friendly and helps whenever he can. The view is spectacular and at night the stars are wonderful. But there are many insects (including the tiger musquito) and the road to get there is awful (I broke my car getting there). An SUV is not recomended, but very nessecary!

We enjoy a wonderful place in Ca Ginestra. The house is perfekt! The owner are so nice and helpfully. Thank you very much for this nice place!
Great villa with pool and barbecue
I went there for the first time last June, my friends and I like cooking and cycling : this kind of holiday we chose was perfect ! The Villa is wide enough to host 6 people and the countryside is amazing. We had great dinners in some typical restaurants, but also had a nice barbecue dinner inside the villa, which was well equipped. We really had a great time!

we had a great holiday at Ca' Ginestra, there is some white road to arrive, but the landscape is really beautiful and you get to the sea only in 20 minutes. the owners were very nice and always satisfied our requests. Andrea is a local bike-guide and accompanied us on various bike tours in the sourrounding area. we also spent a nice evening in front of a burning brazier, having a pic-nic dinner under a sky full of stars. we absolutely reccomend this structure for a relaxing holiday!

Beautiful property in a fantastic setting. Andrea and Francesca are lovely people who go out of their way to ensure you have a great holiday. The house has everything you could possibly need and is very tranquil and restful, the pool is a very welcome place to cool off and admire the view. The only downside is that the approach to the property really needs a 4x4 vehicle.
