Luce tra i faggi takes its name from the beautiful beech trees that surround this country house boasting a perfect location for those seeking the tranquility of the hills but being only a few kilometers from the coast and the Adriatic sea.
Located in the municipality of Montemaggiore, it is situated just one kilometer from the small town of Montemaggiore del Metauro and in about 20 minutes from the city of Fano and the Adriatic sea, where you can spend unforgettable summer evenings in the promenade full of restaurants, ice cream shops, music venues, and where one can take part in the many events and festivals taking place every week.
Moreover, there are many other villages to visit in the surrounding area of the house, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, that will help you discover the history and traditions of this area.
Wine lovers and gourmets can make a stop in the many cellars and wineries that are located a few kilometers from the house. Wines like Bianchello, as well as local cheeses and salami are a must try.

Still on the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath, while on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool and a sun-bathing area with sun beds, where you can spend your well-deserved moments of relaxation and fun with family and friends.

House was exactly according to the photos
Nicely and nicely received by Gabriela. Nice welcome pack and filled fruit bowl also included. House was exactly according to the photos and was neat and clean. Nice spacious rooms (with air conditioning!). Kitchen fine, bathrooms okay. Nice pool with good sun beds around it. Nice area with beach and towns.
