Immersed in the Natural Reserve of Furlo, this is the ideal place for those who love peace and tranquility. The road to the house is a typical narrow mountain road, but the effort is definitely worth it. Once you arrive, you will understand what it means to live in contact with the nature of a Natural Reserve and admire a breathtaking view that opens onto the valley with hills spreading in front of your eyes and mountains in the background. The only sounds you will hear are those of the wind in the trees, or the squirrels playing around. Here you can switch off from the daily routine and enjoy true relaxation. Around the house there are several trails you can discover by foot or by mountain bikes, if you want to bring them with you. The house is simple, but really warm and welcoming. Much more than you can imagine from the photos. The place is perfect for true nature lovers.

Apartment on the first floor: living room with fireplace, master bedroom with a single bed, double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Viola is one of the three apartments of Il Conio.
The house consists of three separate apartments, each with its own area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.The exterior surrounded by trees is decorated with garden furniture for eating and relax outside; a portion of the property is fenced so it can accommodate the 4-legged friends. Outside you will also find a traditional wood oven, which is perfect for testing your culinary skills for lunches and dinners with family and friends! One wing of the structure is dedicated to physical activity and relaxation with a reading room, a well-equipped gym, workshop for bicycle repairs and storage, a bathroom with shower and laundry area.
A short walk down the house will take to the pool and the sunbathing area.
In the surroundings
The town of Acqualagna is located about 15 minutes’ drive, where you can enjoy meals based on truffles in many restaurants, shopping in shops and supermarkets. At about 40 minutes’ drive from the house you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the coastal cities.

Fantastic vacation
Hey, me and my family visited le Marche last summer. All was perfect, the apartment that we rent was fully equipped and very clean.
The big surprise was the landscape, the house is completely immersed in the natural reserve of Furlo, so you can have from the house a fantastic view.
The area is greta also for biking and jogging and you can you can enjoyng also with many excursions.
I can certainly suggest this location.

Nel parco del Furlo
Abbiamo scoperto le Marche, una regione bellissima e poco conosciuta. L'appartamento in cui siamo stati si trova in mezzo alla riserva naturale del Furlo e alla suggestiva gola, con un panorama infinito da scoprire attraverso la finestra quando aprivamo gli occhi ogni mattina. C'è una varietà incredibile di piante e abbiamo visto l'aquila che vive li. Al centro del Furlo a 2 minuti dalla casa è possibile fare diversi tipi di escursioni all'interno della riserva e nelle zone circostanti con una guida. La casa era molto pulita, semplice ma curata e le foto non rendono assolutamente l'idea rispetto al fantastico luogo che è. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto trovare un sacco di cose da mangiare al nostro arrivo e Veronica è stata paziente e disponibile a tutte le nostre domande.
Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore, grazie a tutti.
