Villa Roncaglia is a manor house. Its spacious rooms are equipped with fine furniture. It provides the comfort of a fenced pool, and has a beautiful view on the typical hills of the Marche countryside. Outside, the house is furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining or for relaxing on the garden sofas. In addition to the main house guests can use a guest house with an open loggia. This villa with pool is only 25 km from the beaches of Marotta. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious entrance hall, a large living room with TV and a stone fireplace. Another beautiful stone fireplace is located in the large modern and well equipped kitchen. There's also a reading area, a laundry area and a little service bathroom. On the first floor there is a reading room near the stairs, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a third bedroom on a loft with a french sized sofa bed for 1 person. A large bathroom with tub and shower is also available on this floor. In the guest house, a nice living room communicates with the kitchen located a few steps lower, there are also 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. You’ll be able to easily reach the coast where there are free and equipped beaches. Nearby you can visit excellent wineries such as Fiorini, Guerrieri and Terracruda. In Fratterosa you can buy the famous terracottas and field beans with olive oil. Then there are the towns of Fossombrone and Fano. The latter is great for shopping and nightlife, but also for culture. The castles of Mondavio and Mondolfo are also very interesting and offer cultural, historical and shopping occasions (included a beautiful shop of semi-precious stones in Mondavio). Corinaldo is also worth a visit as it has been selected among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Urbino - UNESCO heritage site - and capital of Renaissance is also a must.
