In each villa you will find a fully-equipped kitchen open to the bright dining area, a living room with smart TV, a toilet, and a laundry area. On the first floor, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers, a twin bedroom, a third double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have an air conditioning system and mosquito nets.
Outside each villa, a wide porch is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs and portable BBQs. The beautiful pool is at the center, the perfect place to freshen up during hot summer days.

In the surroundings

The property is located in a wonderful area of Le Marche's inland, surrounded just by gentle hills and at a short distance from the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano.
From here, you can reach some of the most famous villages in the area, from Tolentino to San Ginesio, as well as the famous Monti Sibillini National Park, where you will find the highest peaks in the region and the beautiful Fiastra Lake. Urbisaglia and its Roman site are just 15km away and not too far from here you will also find the famous Fiastra Abbey. In about 40 minutes you can reach the town of Fermo and the coastline with some of the most famous seaside resorts of the region.
