The villa is divided into 5 spacious apartments, each with large private terraces where guests can spend time outdoors, enjoy the warm weather and pleasant breezes and admire the beautiful views of the hills and the sea.
Each apartment has its own private entrance with the exception of Il Tondo and Il Rosso which are located at the second floor and share the staircase.
On the ground floor there is a common area with a kitchen and a big living room, available to those who rent the whole villa. Still on this floor there is a common laundry for all the apartments.
At the east part of the garden there is the swimming pool with salt water cleaning equipment, with a small whirlpool area, surrounded by a beautiful sunbathing area with sun beds and garden furniture.
This spacious apartment is on the second floor, with a large balcony toward the seaside, offering the best view from the house. All the furniture, in modern style with white, gray and purple shades, from the kitchen corner to the dining table and to the sofa beds. The spacious living room has a welcoming and cosy atmosphere, separate from the sleeping area, where there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the balcony you will find a dining table, sofas and barbeque for outdoor dining, relax and comfort.
Tondo is one of the five apartments of Villa Il Panorama.
Located in a residential area of the village of Belvedere Fogliense, this large modern villa of recent construction, located on the top of a hill, in the border between Rimini and Pesaro, offers a wonderful 360° panorama from the Montefeltro hills to the Adriatic Sea and the coast of Riccione, Cattolica and Pesaro.
In about 20 km you can reach the beach in Cattolica and from there all the famous Riviera Romagnola, where there are many activities, shopping opportunities, renowned restaurants and entertainment venues, such as Aquafan, The Aquarium of Cattolica, Oltremare, and others without forgetting the numerous clubs on the beach, where you can find music and entertainment. A few kilometers from the villa there is also a beautiful golf course with 18 holes, perfectly equipped.
Moreover, there are many places of historical and cultural interest a few kilometers away: the beautiful castle of Gradara, place full of charm and culture with many events during the spring and summer; the cosy Montegridolfo, a nearby village visible from the villa, the medieval villages such as Saludecio, the castle and the caves of Onferno. In 20 minutes you can reach Urbino, the symbol of the Renaissance and Unesco World Heritage site; Pesaro, the birthplace of composer Gioacchino Rossini. In less than 40 km you can also reach San Marino, a Republic independent from Italy, unique in the world.
For the sport lovers, we would remind you that the villa is located in the town of Tavullia, birthplace of the great motorbike racer Valentino Rossi, with his Fanclub and souvenir shops dedicated to him, as well as the motorbike circuit of Misano Adriatico, located less than 20 km away.
The villa, which is located a few hundred meters from the village, in an area with narrow streets, little traffic and close to other houses, has a beautiful garden all fenced with an alarm system and proper parking spaces; in the town of Mondaino, located about 2 km you will find small shops, bars, and all main services, while in the town of Montecchio about 7 km, you will find supermarkets always open, as well as many shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc ...
Fantastisch mooi vakantie appartement. Goed weer, heerlijk verblijf fantastisch uitzicht
Our apartment was awesome. We had Il tondo, an apartment / penthouse with amazing view to Pesaro (and sea) and Rimini (and sea). At the other side the beautiful hills/mountains of Marche. Apartment was modern with all luxery and comfort. At arrival we got a very warm welcome from Giorgia (one of the owners of the villa). And when we left, we got an amazing warm goodby.
We were there during 'Lucifer' (a hotwave). Then, an airco would be very much needed. In the other weeks at night it cooled down enough so you don't need an airco.
