The swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, perfect for children too.

Not far indeed are the medieval villages of Monteguiduccio (8 min drive), Montefelcino (12 min drive), Mombaroccio (20 min drive) which offer the chance to see lovely glimpses of houses and walls of the typical Italian tradition .
From mid-July to mid-August every Tuesday evening the Market of the Feudal Lord is organized: a very charming historic market in the town of Montefelcino. Vintage objects, curiosities and street food are an ideal recipe to spend an evening!
In you reach at just 35 minutes drive there is Urbino, the capital of the Italian Renaissance that gave birth to Raphael and which has also been declared a World Heritage Site.
The Adriatic coast is 45 minutes' drive away, not so far to treat yourself to a day at the beach!

Wunderschöne Villa, super eingerichtet, mit toller Aussicht
Wir, 2 Familien mit 4 Kinder, haben wunderbare 10 Tage in der Wohnung Levante verbracht. Das Haus ist idylisch zwischen den Hügel gelegen und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Terasse ist ideal für Essen im Freien und das haben wir auch richtig genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf Vorschlag unserer zuvorkommenden Gastgeber haben wir fast täglich Ausflüge in die Umgebung veranstaltet und Wunderbares erlebt: Palio dei Bambini in Cagli, der Nacht-Antik-Flohmarkt in Montefalcino oder das Mittelaterfest in Urbino. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit, Fano befindet sich in 30 km Entfernung und mit einer längeren Anreise ist auch Sirolo (eine der spektakulärsten Küstenabschnitte Italiens) zu erreichen.
Alle in Allem - eine wunderbare Zeit!
