Ca Maggetti is a country house divided into three apartments. It is located just a few steps from the beautiful and famous town of Urbino, a UNESCO heritage site. With its strategic position it offers its guests the unique opportunity to combine cultural and art tourism with moments of tranquility and peace in its hydro-massage pool.
The property consists of 3 rental apartments, each with a separate entrance. The apartments Numerouno and Numerodue, are located on the ground floor and are accessible from the garden. The apartment Numerotre is accessible from the back through a few steps and enjoys complete privacy.
The property is completely fenced and every apartment has its own private area equipped with tables and chairs to eat and relax outside. Garden sofas are also available for your complete comfort. The pool with Jacuzzi is slightly detached from the house to give guests more quiet and privacy.
Located about 5 kilometers from Urbino, this beautiful house allows guests to easily visit this beautiful city and its gems such as the Ducal Palace. It is birthplace of the world-famous Renaissance painter Raphael. Something you should definitely do is admire the glimpses of rooftops from the alleys of the old town centre. In about 40 minutes drive, there’s Pesaro with its sandy beaches, monuments, promenade and the beautiful Villa Caprile and Villa Imperiale. You can there visit the home of Gioachino Rossini, the famous music and opera composer from Pesaro and attend the Rossini Opera Festival in August. In about 1 hour drive there are Rimini and Riccione, particularly suitable for families thanks to their theme parks such as “Fiabilanda”, “Italia in miniatura”, the water parks “Aquafan” and “Oltremare”. The autonomous Republic of San Marino is another must see attraction within about 1 hour 30 minutes reach.
