Alessandro is one of the three apartments at Casale delgi Ulivi. At the ground floor, slightly apart, this little apartment is composed by a living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside it's equipped with a little loggia with sofa, a private gazebo with table and chairs to eat outside and a barbeque.
Property description
If you are a large group you can rent the entire villa, otherwise you can choose any of its lovely apartments. This villa is fully equipped for unforgettable summer and winter holidays and there are plenty of tourist attractions and places to see in its surroundings.
The property is fenced all round and comprises three independent apartments, (Giuseppe, Luca, Alessandro), each with its own private outdoor area and can therefore be rented separately or altogether. Each apartment is well equipped and offers free Wi-Fi Internet connection. The villa features a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a beautiful shared sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrella. At the disposal of all guests there is also a beautiful gazebo. Other shared facilities include laundry room, iron and ironing board. The main building has a large “loggia” and verandah and the outside spaces are furnished with tables, chairs and sofas for the guests’ outdoor relaxation.
In the surroundings
Situated in a quiet garden of olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several good restaurants offering a variety of truffle dishes. In about 25 minutes’ drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea at Fano with free sand beaches or equipped establishments with umbrellas and sunbeds, playgrounds, bars, restaurants. Towns such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in 10-20 minutes ‘drive.
Thanks to the position of this villa you can easily reach most of the interesting towns to visit in the area and you can enjoy local delicacies in typical restaurants. During spring and summer there are a lot of outdoor activities to do, as trekking and hiking in beautiful hills and mountains of Le Marche.
