Für Naturliebhaber ist dieser Ort wirklich einzigartig: reich an Wäldern, Gehwegen und Seen.

Coming to this area for the first time we were very pleasantly surprised.
It is beautiful up here! And then the house!
We had a very good time. Felt really unstressed and peaceful.
Even with the rain last weekend we were feeling quite happy.

Marvellous place!
Dear Arianna,
it was a pleasure and a present that we could stay in your beautiful house.
We ‘needed’ a place to feel home after all these weeks we stayed in hotels, resorts and other places we were not in to do our ‘own things’, like cooking, swim in your own garden pool and enjoy the silence of this marvellous spot.
Thank you (and the family) that we could borrow it for a week!
We hope to come back sometimes!

Fantastisch
Zeer rustige locatie, onze gps wist het niet te vinden, maar de eigenaars zijn ons dan zelf maar komen zoeken op de hoofdbaan om ons te begeleiden tot aan het huisje. De eerste indrukken waren fantastisch. Mooi uitzicht, proper zwembad, alle comfort aanwezig. Welkomstpakket met streekproducten aanwezig. Voldoende ruim voor een verblijf met zes personen. Meer zou wat krap zijn geweest. Wij hadden overdag temperaturen van 32 graden maar 's avonds koelde het voldoende af, zodat we geen nood hadden aan airco. Zwembad en tuin werden om de 2 dagen onderhouden, op die momenten kregen we van la mama vaak verse groenten uit de tuin. Bij een verblijf van 14 dagen worden lakens en linnengoed na een weekje ververst wat erg fijn is, uiteraard is de aanwezige wasmachine met 2 kleuters ook goed van pas gekomen! Dit vakantieverblijf is een aanrader!

Great heated pool
We had a nice holiday in this house. Cleaned and well cared. Is at a walking distance from the town and were fantastic to have an heated pool at the and of May.

Perfect house
We had a lovely stay in San Martino. The house and garden were very nice and well looked after. The privacy was superb and the view was really pretty. We can certainly recommend the villa. Our compliments to the landlord and -lady.

Casa magnifica in un posto magnifico. Grande giardino. Posto molto tranquillo. Vale la pena di visitare tutte le citte intorno e andare al mare.
In Barchetta you feel immediately at home.
It starts already with the heartwarming welcome of the owners who really want to do everything to spoil their guests. At the end of a dead-end street Barcetta offers all the privacy you want and a beautiful view at one of the nice villages of the Marche en the Mont Sibillini mountains. De Garden is very well maintained and offers several places to enjoy the sun or the shade. The swimming pool with the nice beds and the jet stream seems perhaps a bit small but is luxurious and is also big fun for the kids. The living- and sleeping-rooms are attractively decorated, the beds are wonderful, the bathrooms luxurious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the wifi works perfect, the same goes for the (dish-) washing machine and the whole house is perfectly clean. Actually you don’t need to go anywhere when you’ve hired this house but if you want to go to the beach for a day, to visit a beautiful city or the nearby nature park or you want to have dinner in one of the delicious restaurants nearby than that’s also possible because Barchetta has it all!
